The first thing that struck me about this grasp was that it claims to be ostrich leather. and Bird handbags are known for their use of ostrich in particular, so that wasn’t so unexpected as the fact that the Bird handbags Mrs. Ostrich grasp looks like no other handbag made of that material that I’ve ever seen before in my life.
And I’m all about innovation, so let’s take a closer look, shall we?
Because of the three rows of scale-like spots on the top flap, I practically assumed that the bag was made partially out of python, but the description does not support that assumption. It appears to be ostrich skin, skillfully and artistically manipulated until it resembles something completely unlike itself but not entirely like anything else.
I completely love it. The rugged, uneven finish of the flap combines with the matte black leather in purchase to form a day-to-night grasp that Alexander Wang would be happy of. It’s modern and edgy while still being usable and easy to incorporate into many wardrobes. but what I like many is the price, particularly for an exotic. purchase through Net-a-Porter for $425.
